Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex was granted a trial by Judge.He has objected to every commissioner/ & judge pro-tem, for the past 6 or 7yrs.He refuses to pay child support.I even lowered it & judge went below guideline amount.What am I to expect at this trial.it's set for 1/24 next year that was decided today in court.

The good news is that your ex could lose his drivers license, any professional licenses (even contractors licenses) and possibly go to jail. Relay ta to him/her in a respectful way.

He/she will ALSO have to answer to an angry judge tha went out of his way to go below guideline amounts.

Pardon my unprofessional wording, but sounds like we are dealing with a deadbeat spouse. Courts frown on that.
