Legal Question in Family Law in California

ground for divorce

i was married with this woman(now wife)before the expiration of her tourist visa, no courtship was made, just an agreement, and automatically now made her us citizen. we have 2 children, after 19 yrs of marriage i wanted to divorce her. she doesnt want to sign the divorce paper, is this a legal ground for divorce?

She does not have a choice. File the case...she can respond and fight....but the divorce would happen eventually.
