Grounds for Custody, Unfit Mother

If during a separation of husband and wife, before any official divorce papers have been filed, wife wants to cohabitate with her credentialed public school teacher boyfriend, is this grounds that reflect unfit motherhood?

I don't think a judge will be shocked at that behavior. Most psychologist believe that such early cohabitation is confusing to the child, but in the overall scheme of things it does little to tip the balance. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
