Legal Question in Family Law in California

My Guardianship cas was decided against me

My guardianship/custody case was decided against me without me being allowed to present my case. My name is--name removed--S--name removed--on 11-20-03 my guardianship/custody case was decided against me because the judge that orriginally approved my request to allow me to present my case to the court over the telephone decided to side with the other parties in this case based on the fact that his court room was not set up for my telephonic appearance. How do I go about having his decision reversed and having my case re-heard (with me presenting my case on the phone) in court. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Why were you unable to be present? Over who did you want to be guardian? Why did the person need a guardian? What was the basis for the denial? You have to tell me about the case so that I can give you an accurate opinion. Bill Stern
