daughter 17 aressted drug paraphanila father for G.T.A daughter signed papers to other grandma for the baby can i get the baby.my husband&i raised both of them my daughter&granddaughter until august 2004 i moved to las vegas daughter stayed with her father who was aressted 3 days prior for under the infulance other grandma had not seen baby until she was 3 months old i was with my daughter the day she gave birth i cut the cord when my granddaughter was born have not been aloud to see my grandchild other grandma wont let me dont know what papers my daughter signed daughter got 6 months in house rehab wants me to get baby i dont know how.PLEASE can some one help,HeartBroken Grammy
