"Guardianship", petition to terminate

My 1/2 sister abducted my daughter, filed for guardianship, lied to the court, is concealing her, and is allowing my x-boyfriend abuser to visit my daughter. How do I get my daughter back?My case was never heard in court, I wasn't served, and I had no previous relationship to my 1/2 sister. Can an injunction be filed with a Petition to terminate? Can I sue her? I don't have funds to defend myself.
