Guardianship

My wife and I were granted guardianship of our grandson, with the other grandparents having visitation rights. Each time they come to pick him up they either are carring a camera or have one mounted on the front seat. A few times the person picking him up is wearing a pocket size recorder. They videotape my wife or I as we give them the baby. Am I within my rights to ask them not to videotape any member of my family or my home.

Probably not. I suggest you vidoetape the videoptapers. See how they like it.
