Guardinaship of a minor

If I gave my daughters grandparents guardianship of her and she is only 11 when could she have the say of when she would want to come back- and how do I make a form and get it notrized?

basically all you have to do is fill out and file a petition for guardianship with the court, highlighting the conditions you wish to dictate the guardianship duration, etc...

If you give guradianship to your parents, you will have to show that it is in her best interests to terminate the guardianship. She will not be able to make the deision until she is 18. The older she is the more consideration that the court will give to her wishes.
