Can you tell me if there is any California law that prohibits me from reciving Guardingsgip of my 2 grand children if I was incarcerated 12 yrs ago?

The answer to you question depends upon the reason you were incarcerated, and what you have been doing since your release. A waiver can be obtained under some circumstances. You should discuss this with an attorney so that all of the facts of your case can be reviewed.
