Guardionship
I want to get guardionship of a teen
whos parents do not want her and
other parents are on drugs.How do i go
about to do this?

A guardian can be appointed by the court. A petition to appoint you guardian must be filed with the court. The other option would be to call CPS and lose control over the process.
