Boyfriend and Have lived together 4 years. Before him I lived alone but he bought a house moved me in and after 2 years is now with someone else and wants ti kick my daughter and me out, leaving us homeless. Can he do that?House was also put up for sale. I have no money to move out and he doesnt want to help. Can I take him to court or do I have any rights for help in moving expenses?

He would have to give you 30 days notice or obtain a restraining order before he could legally kick you out.
