Legal Question in Family Law in California
hair folicle
My ex and I are in a battle for custody. He keeps pointing the finger to me using drugs because I was an exotic dancer. I have not used nor do I have a history of use. Can they make me take a hair folicle? and what if I am taking perscribed meds for ADHD, which he knows is a stimulant?

If you are going to take a drug test take the bottle of your prescription with you and report that to the testing agency. The prescription drugs would be reported and then explained as being a prescribed drug.
