my half brother child

I have a child but the father of my child is my half brother and i want to collect child support but when I ask for medical I gave a different how would this affect me and can I ask for child custudy at the same time.

Your question really only provides a limited amount of information. You probably need to file a Paternity action and OSC for custody and support. You should consult with a Family Law Attorney.

You should consider contacting an attorney your conduct with your half brother is prohibited by penal code section 285. Thus any any action you take may bring this to the attention of the authorities. This could result in criminal charges being filed against him and possibly you. Thus the need for retaining an attorney to review the facts and reduce the possibility of criminal charges being filed against one or both of you.
