Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am half navajo, I have three children. I am currently in a bad relationship. My boyfriend and I have just moved in with eachother 2 months ago, and he apparently won't stop coming home drunk. He is currently on my rental lease, because he makes more money than me. Unfortunatly now I feel hopeless, and feel like I can't get rid of him. He won't leave quietly, what should I do?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Whose attorney are you talking about. If this is your attorney you may want to consider getting a different attorney or asking your attorney why he or she is siding with your ex-spouse. If the attorney is your ex-spouse's attorney you should count on this happening again and again, and on your being railroaded, because that attorney has a statutory duty to win for your ex-spouse and to vigorously prosecute the case against your interests.
