Half of Pension

I have been divorced several years and my attorney at the time left the situation about the pension opened. How long do I have to continue to pursue this matter. I was married for 19 years and he works for the California Highway Patrol.

A QDRO is required. A filing, motion, a draft of a stipulation or order is required, I have experience with state employees who are under the PERS system and different statutes than the general population. Contact me directly.
