Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex was given half of my STRS retirement and a joinder was placed on the account. Since the divorce was final my ex and agreed on its cash value and I paid her. We signed an agreement and it was witnessed by her brother. STRS requires a document from the court to remove the joinder, and the court what me to file a motion? What form do I need to file and where can I get a copy of it?

You need a court order to release the joinder. A motion requesting the same and confirming you and your wife's settlement is in order.
