Legal Question in Family Law in California

My Half???

6 yrs ago i became legally divorced. i have yet to see my half of my ex's investments. i hired a lawyer in 2001 and i have yet to see anything done about this.

what can i do to get this done and over with? and what can i do about a lawyer who hasn't come through?

please help

You should consult another attorney and discuss your case. This will allow you to get a second opinion about the options available to you. As for the attorney you can request arbitration for your fee or complain to the state bar.
