what would happen if a under age boy got a over age girl pregnant. The mom is trying to say shes going to give her up for adopotion to the great grandparents. Could the fathers mom get the baby?

Well for starters the girl is probably guilty of statutory rape. It goes both ways.
As for the baby, the father still has paternity rights, and responsibilities, even though he is under age. His parents, or other guardian ad litum, would have to assert them for him, though, in a paternity proceeding.
