What can happen if you give a false address in a custody case

Depending on the circumstances the court may find you in contempt. They may also use it as a finding that you are a risk of kidnapping your child or are at least not fit for anything but supervised visitation. I suggest you correct the matter with the court by filing amended documents and informing the other parent of the correct address.
