Legal Question in Family Law in California

harassment

My ex-girlfriend is saying we had a baby together, so I got a DNA kit and ask her to have the baby to take it. I have set numerous of dates for her to bring the baby to do it, but she finds excuses not to. She keeps calling my girlfriend now, and we already have a baby, she e-mails, text messages. Can I do a civil harassment, or does it have to be domistic?

You should file a restraining order against her if you feel that she is harassing you. If you want to determine whether the baby is yours and you have a reasonable suspicion you should contact an attorney to establish parentage rights to the child.
