hardship visits
Does anyone know anything about requesting a hardship visit if you are traveling over 1200 miles? I am not sure if this is what this question fall under

Re: hardship visits
The Courts work in a very orderly and "slow" fashion. I would not advise that you simply show up and demand to see your kid(s). If the visit is refused and you have no orders giving you visitation, you will have wasted a trip.

Re: hardship visits
You should be able to get a court order requiring the visitation, presuming there are no other issues that would cause the court to deny the request.
