harrasment from daughter's father

Can I file a harrasment, against my baby's fathers ex-wife, because she is constantly going around town following him or me telling him bad words threatning to take his kids away because he is with me. Me and her have already had face to face confrontations and she called me on. She's always driving by my house and checking if my boyfriend is here at my house. She is on felony probation I want to call the cops. I can't stand it no more. I get to the point where I just want to take care of it myself but I can''t because I have to much to lose. Do I have a harrasment case?
