Legal Question in Family Law in California

My stupid sister in law is harrassing me about things that are none of her business.. and slandering my name to relatives to make herself look like the queen. She doesn't care if the things she says are true or not .. nor is she willing to check out the facts, she is also threatening me by telling lies to my wife.. which is causing friction between my wife.. since some women listen to other women whether it's true or not.. i need some legal action.. what can i do to make her shut up or show up in court and prove the things she says? please help me i am good person but I can't just stay quiet.. since she repeatedly keeps doing it. thank you
