Hasband's rights to his own money

Married 1988, the wife didn't work or have any money for over ten years coming in to the marriage. The husband own his own home and business, the husband bought business property during marriage in 1991, the wife quick claimed it to his name at the same time in 1991. The husband took over $100,000.00 from home equity for construction of the business property in 2007, he also used the wife's credit cards to build commercial building which he makes payment on the credit cards. Does the wife have any claim towered the commercial property if they go through divorce?
