Legal Question in Family Law in California

''Health benefits after a legal separation''

I am in the research phase of a legal separation. I was wondering if you could please tell me whether or not my husband could still be fully covered under my health benfits after a legal separation. I see that the COBRA benefits would still be availiable. I would like for him to still be able to have ''full'' coverage if possible. Please advise if there may be a way to achieve this.

Thank you very much.
