health insurace coverage

my daughter is getting a divorce and she wants to know how long she can stay on her husbands medical insurance after the divorce.

also, she has 2 children in college and wants to know if he will have to pay half the school expences

Health insurance as a spouse ends when the marriage is dissolved. He statutory duty to support the children terminates when they turn 18 unless they are full time high school student, then the duty continues until the child graduates from high school or turns 19.
