health insurance

if we divorce, can i remain on my husbands health insurance? my husband is self employed and it is a ppo.

Re: health insurance

You cannot be carried as a spouse once the marriage is dissolved. He could however, continue to maintain you on a health insurance policy with the same health insurance carrier as the one he uses for his health insurance.
