health insurance

My new husband was order through his divorse in 2002 to pay for health insurance for his 2 kids till the age of 18. We are struggling financially, and can't make our house payments on time. Will the court ever allow a change in what was originally ordered?

Child support orders can always be modified if there is a change in circumstances. contact an attorney or the local family court legal clinic.
