The husband is not paying court ordered support because he says he can't find a job, even though he has an MBA. The wife is on disability and the husband has threatened to take her to court and force her to pay him from her disability income. He has been unemployed for 9 months.

Re: Can a healthy non-working husband with an MBA receive support from the disa

It is possibile that he could get an order for her to pay him support. That would seem to be remote possibility. The judge could and probably would attribute income to the husband, and issue an employment efforts order. He would be ordered to seek employment and report to the court on his efforts. If those efforts are not adequate, the judge can find him in comtempt and put him in jail.
