Legal Question in Family Law in California

If someone in a hearing for bigamy nullity and that person admits to knowing she committed bigamy but kept it secret for 20 years and the judge grants nullity and no spousal support, can she successfully win as putative spouse requesting to set aside the judgement under 473b? Or is her admission of guilt going to stand since she is now re-viewing her statements saying she did not know.
