Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hello.

I am a US citizen of non-US origin. Resident of California.

Planning to marry an Italian Citizen (in California).

After that planning to register the marriage in Italy.

Question: do I need any document from my country of origin for either action (the marriage itself and registration of the marriage in Italy)? And what can I do if those are not easy to obtain?

Thank you

You don't need a document from your country of origin to get married here. You should repost your question in the Italian section, however, to find out what is required to register the marraige there.
