Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hello,

I currently have temporary custody of my five year daughter. And what I like to know is how do I submit a letter, and supporting documents for my defense, during a telephone appearance?

You need to contact the Family Law Facilitator or Family Law Self Help office, or whatever they call it in the county Superior Court where your hearing will be held. They exist to help you understand what you must and what you can submit, when you need to do it, and how. The day of the hearing will be too late anyway, in person or by phone. It all has to go in in advance unless there is some major reason it could not be submitted ahead of time.
