hello,my question today is the father of my child dosent have nething goin for himself is a high school drop out,dosent work and i would like to file for child sapport.He dsent realy see the baby maybe once every 2 weeks or so.I would like to know if he still get visitation rights to see our son even though he has no kind of income coming in once so ever?

A father's visitation is not dependant on his support obligation. You can file for child support, but then he can file for visitation. The Court, depending on the facts of your case, will award him some type of visitation even if he is not current on his child support. Good Luck.
