Legal Question in Family Law in California

hellow dear i am amar from california back in may 2010 my wife took a restraining order against me and filled a divorce and their was no domestic violation or arrest was made but court stille gave her temp restraining order and i got kicked out from family home on the court hearing i was just agree with restrainging oreder not knowing what restraining order will affect my life so now i relize that since restraining order in place my wife keep calling me and texting my daughters pictures to me and my wife bringing my daughter every sunday to me for visitation and some times she stay with us entire visitation can i ask the court to terminate ,desolve,se aside,cancel or lift the restraining order what is the right format wording for this pls help thank u....

It seems quite appropriate to return to court and advise the judge that your wife continues to break the restraining order. This information may help you seek a dismissal of the current CLETS order or modify the existing order so the order allows for the kind of contact that actually is taking place when you have visitation with your daughter.
