Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi,Dear Mr/Ms: i am a 45 years old woman, my home land is IRAN, its about 22 mounth i was married with a man who was a US citisen, so i came over in US and was granted a 2 years conditional Green Card/

Our marrage was not successfull and i went home from time to time, and now im in IRAN.

This man has desided to divorce, but HE IS SUGESTING TO DIVORCE AFTER I GET MY PERMANENT G/CARD.

What makes me to thing of what benefits he gets regarding my G/Card, and he INSIST ON IT. so in 2 mounth time my 2 years is over.

MY QUESTIONS ARE;

1) What does he gaine if i get Green Card than divorce.

2) what advantages has a married man after marrage, regarding WAGES/ TAX PAYMENTS/ HELTH INSURANCE EXT.....

3) Can he gets any social advantages when he marries?

4) We are going to divorce any way(in 2 mounth)but i dont whant to get G,card when im getting divorce does he gaine any thing iregarding me as his wife?

5) What is my legal rights? if i stay as his wife or divorce him.

He transfered his mony to her sister A/C and sold his car, Ext..........

MY FEELING IS SOME HOW HE IS GETTING SOME BENEFITS BECAUSE OF ME, BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT AND HOW??

He sent me home about 4 mounth ago and kept me to stay there , but says COME BACK WHEN 2 YEARS IS OVER.

COULD THERE BE ANY LEGAL INCOME FOR ME FROM THE GOVERNMENTS, OR INSURANCE , AND HE GETS IT HIMSELF?

Mine u he is about 59 years old and works in a chain store about 4 mounth ago his back started to a bad paine, and he is resting noe, BUT WHAT HE SAYS , HE IS GOING TO SUE THE CO, TO GET MONY,

Please help me as I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL, and this is what he takes more advantages.
