Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hiding assets/Change in visitation

If a case was settled 3yrs ago. I was wondering, I just found out my Ex was hiding assets. Could I bring case back to court without spending tons of money on attorney to handle case. What's my time limit on this.

Also, how can I change the judges orders that where set fourth by my ex's attorney in change of visitation. He had this ordered signed as an emergency without hearing my side. Now, I have to wait to see a mediator to have my child over night. Just because I moved temporarly out of County.

I'm in Pro Per

Re: Hiding assets/Change in visitation

you should go to court as soon as posible on the hidden assets. The court can award you 100% of any hidden assets.
