He is hiding his money
My ex husband has been hiding all his money in a safety deposit box--cant I get a hold or freeze on the box or something-- until the athorities can investgate? he owes me over 20,000 dollars in back child support and still doesnt pay me a dime--he works under the table for the purpose 1 alone --so that he doesnt have to pay me child support--we have 4 children together and its been extremley hard for me being a single parent--meanwhile he lives it up going to casino''s and taking vacations and buying anything he wants--what can I do?

File a motion to set arrears and then demand that he produce his income tax returns. If you can locate his safe deposit box. You could then file an ex parte application to have the safety deposit box pending a hearing for an order to open the safety deposit box. If the income that he reports is insufficient to pay for his live style you can raise that at a hearing on a OSC contempt. In the alternative you could report his conduct to the IRS and collect your award on the unpaid taxes. You should also consider contacting the US attorney regarding his non payment and his travel out of California.
