Legal Question in Family Law in California
Hi,I need assistance on how to represent myself at court for a Child support modification.I had a court date in 11/22/09 in which it was ordered that the child support be increased based on 2% child visitation from their father. A follow up court date was set for March 22nd to review whether their father has exercised his rights to visit the children.I have chose to represent myself as I can not afford to pay for an attorney.
What forms do I need to file with the court to change representation?
How do I go about getting an extension for the court date to get all that is needed in order?
will the court have someone to assist me with filling out a dissomaster?
The additional financial help I need from the kid's father is to assist me with helping to pay for 1/2 of their school/daycare tuition- which he absolutely refuses to pay. How do I go about having the judge rule in my favor for the additional financial help I need?

How are you changing representation? If you retain an attorney he will provide the substitution of attorney form, if you are discharging an attorney, then the same will happen. It is very likely that the court will grant your request if your provide documentation and a clearly written declaration. Contact me directly.
