Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi:

I want to divorce my wife. We've been married for 1 year. She wants to divorce me as well. We have no kids and we have no goods to share. The problem is that I want to state that the divorce is due to her anxiety problem (she receives SSDI for that). In CA the divorce forms has only two choices for requesting a divorce dissolution: irreconcilable differences and incurable insanity.

She is not incurable insane, but I wonder if there is a form or something where it can be stated that she is sick (she said she will kill me three times)

In CA, we have "no fault" divorces. In other words, the courts have no interest in the why you want to be divorced. There are no special forms to say what you wish. Your basis for the divorce is the generic "irreconcilable differences".
