Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi,

I filed an order to show cause to move away from CA to another state, but have decided not to pursue it. How do I file a request for withdrawal? My ex is serving me with his response tonight, and the hearing is in a couple of weeks. Thanks,

You can file a request for dismissal of the OSC. Just use the regular civil dismissal form.
