Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi

I am a resident of India and my husband is a US citizen.My husband deserted me and my baby who is just 2 years old and ran away from india to US without informing us.

I want to know if my husband has ever filed an ex-party divorce in any of the california and arizona courts.How do i get this information.

Kindly help.

If you were never served papers, you would have to check with the courts in Arizona and California. Some of this is available online, and some of this is not. Unfortunately, neither state has a master online index that you could check.
