Legal Question in Family Law in California
Hi:
I'm divorcing my wife. She's under disability because she suffers an anxiety problem. I need a document that states her mental condition but I cannot access to that kind of information. Is there any legal process that allows me to ask officially her Doctor to give me a report on her condition?
She won't even give me her Doctor's name or address.

You need to launch discovery seeking this information and possibly a court order mandating that your wife sign releases to provide this medical information.
Ms. Kock is right about what you must do to try to get it. However, unless you have some clear reason why this information is relevant to issues that must be decided in the divorce, you will not get the information you seek, due to the physician/patient privilege.
