Holographic Will re: property left

My mother left a Holographic Will. Signed and dated it. In the holographic will she left her home property to my sister and she included the complete address. However, my sister's name is not on the deed. Is she entitled to the property?

Assuming that the will is valid the property belongs to your sister. Her name will be placed in the deed during the probate process.
