Holographic Will/ re: property

My mother wrote a Holographic Will. She signed and dated it. In the will she stated :her house with the address of the home written also, to be left to my sister. However, my sister's name is not on the deed. Is she legally entitiled to the property.

If it is a valid Holographic will then the property should be probated and goes to your sister. There are rigid requirements of a holographic will and you should have it reviewed by an attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
