homeless brother

can I get conververtorship over my brother in order to put him in a home for the disable, he is bi-polar and aggressive behavior. He refuses to use his SS for assisted living, he is homeless, has no where to bath. He feet are very swollen from his diabetes.

You can file a petition for conservatorship. This is a somewhat complex procedure. You could also contact the public guardian and ask that they obtain a conservatorship. Consulting with an attorney will be a great help to you.
