Can i keep my house?

not wanting to lose the house my x will move out, but I will stay to make house payments w/ my kids (1 is special needs)we owe more 260,000than the house is worth(250,000)can I keep it? he can't afford to make the payment, but I can,he also doesn't want to pay childsupport so he's asking 50/50 custody.

You sound like you need the help of an attorney. You may be able to stay at the house by negotiating for offsets of child support and property payments.
