Legal Question in Family Law in California

house,kids,bills,job,and no support or lawyer.HELP!!

In a nutshell.Thedivorce was filed in 2/2001.We then tried a reconcill.Failed.Re-filed in 8/2001.He has hidden assetts,ex.hewas part owner in a comp.claims he wasn't.He makes more than claiming,I have orig docum. to prove all. Ineed to file for a temp.child support order-2 minor child-3&5- how? Also how do I present my evidence to the judge? I am currently Pro-Per not by choice.Were together 5Yrs/married only 9mths.For the wedding we used my credit crds,he now claims it MY SEPERATE PROP.Ihave all the receipts...THANK YOU VERY MUCH..IN ADVANCED

It sounds like you cannot afford not to have an attorney. You have some valid evidence, but you will need to know how to have it admitted and how to get additional evidence, if needed. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
