I have just recently moved on with my life after a seperation from my husband we are currently finalizing a divorce he now brings up the concren of my new boyfriend in regards to his past teenage years. my ex feels that our daughters safty is in danger do to that fact. She is well tooken care of on both of our parts but I cant deal with this hurrassment from him any longer.He also continues to interegate of 4 year old daughter. What are my rights with this? I need an answer he is now stating that he will take me to court for my daughter since I have primary care with him at a 10% visitaion. What should I do???

You should consult with an attorney and discuss the facts of your case. The result of any motion he makes to change custody will be greatly influenced by prior conduct of your boyfriend. If he has to register as a sex offender, has been involved in violent conduct, espcially domestic violence, and other conduct that may be considered as presenting a danger to your daughter.
