can my husban change the tittle of our house to his sister and then have her kick me out if a divorse is pending?

When a divorce petition is filed and served, both parties are bound by automatic temporary restraining orders prohibiting a transfer to hide or conceal assets. You will have to file a motion with the court to get the judge to order your husband to restore the deed in your name.

Not only would it violate the automatic restraining orders, it would cause a tax mess, and wouldn't even affect your interest in the house unless you are not on title.
