Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband took me back to court to stop my spousal support due to the fact that I was cohabitating with someone of the opposite sex. My question is this, where I live, which is the same residence, I have my own room now. The house is in forclosure and I will be moving out on my own. Due to finances it is hard to find anything affordable. It has been 2 1/2 yrs since this judgement. Can I go back to court and resume my spousal support? I was suppose to have it for 13 1/2 years, but only received it for 2 years. My divorce papers said I would get it until I remarried not until I moved in with anyone.

You are going to need to consult with a family law attorney at some point. I have this horrible feeling from reading your post that the court improperly terminated spousal support, but did so in the past and you never challenged the order and now the time has run.
